Tutti i nomi di marchi e marchi registrati sono di propriet\u00e0 dei rispettivi produttori. Le indicazioni tecniche devono sempre corrispondere alle specifiche del produttore. Immagini, icone e loghi servono per l'identificazione dell'articolo. La merce venduta rimane propriet\u00e0 del rivenditore fino al completo pagamento.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Diritto di licenza<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Secondo la giurisprudenza attuale della Corte Federale di Giustizia (BGH, sentenza del 17 luglio 2013 \u2013 I ZR 129\/08), i rivenditori specializzati sono obbligati a documentare la legalit\u00e0 e la legittimit\u00e0 del software offerto. Le licenze software possono essere immesse in commercio solo con il consenso del titolare dei diritti. La licenza viene concessa in cambio di un pagamento, che consente di ottenere un compenso corrispondente al valore economico del software. Il titolare dei diritti obbliga il rivenditore a vendere il software in modo permanente, senza limitare l'utilizzo nel tempo.
